About Me

As a Chicago Native I hail from a multi-generational upbringing and hone my creativity into telling the narratives of my ancestors through my art. My talents as an entrepreneur and an artist are multi-faceted. I am a professional vocalist, musician, actress, model, poet, and writer.

 

I began singing as soon as I could talk, my voice is the instrument I could never put down. I began writing poetry early on in grade school. I was always musically and artistically inclined but generally wanted all arts to connect with its scientific purpose, advancing and healing the human psyche. I went to high-school at Alameda Science and Technology Institute in the California, Bay Area, and then to University of California, Santa Cruz for Neuroscience. Eventually, though it was a daunting step, I moved on to get my degree in Theater Arts, to learn how to embody my passions.

Post-graduation, I have been focused on reinforcing my own city with a positive and therapeutic artistic experience, using any medium I can get my hands on. The psychological studies of social and emotional learning are vital to all human beings, and especially our growing youth, as we advance further into an age of technology.
